Hotel Reservation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the accuracy of reservations, manage customer relationships, and ensure timely settlements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in hospitality management software, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of reservations made by individual hotels according to company guidelines.
- Follow up with business clients to whom credit has been extended as necessary.
- E nsure timely settlements are properly handled.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a supervisor or executive in a reservation or front office department of a 3- or 4-star hotel.
- A graduate degree in any field; a diploma or degree in hotel or hospitality management is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
