Job Description

- Handle and manage reservations efficiently for clients.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm bookings and provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and update the system regularly.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to availability, rates, and policies.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
- Assist in resolving any booking issues or customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly booking targets.
- Work from the Mumbai or Lonavala office as required.
