We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic **Assistant Genreal Manager (AGM)

**Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Real Estate Sales**

**Location**:511, 5th floor
- Shivalik Shilp Escon Cross Road, SG Highway Ahmdabad,Gujrat

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Leadership**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to drive sales efficiency.
- **Customer Engagement**: Enhance customer experience by providing professional and personalized real estate solutions.
- **Liaison & Coordination**: Work closely with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer journey and brand positioning.
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Implement sales strategies, manage lead pipelines, and ensure a high conversion ratio.
- **Negotiation & Closure**: Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closures while maintaining profitability.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven track record in real estate sales with leadership experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales teams and manage high-value transactions.
- Extensive network of brokers, channel partners, and investors.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and regulatory guidelines.
