Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office.
**Requirements**:
US Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Mon-Fri
**Exp**: 2 years
**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management - Manage the various Executive calendars (up to 5/6 Executives) to schedule meetings and travel.
Updating and submitting timesheets for the Executives (up to 5/6 Executives) and informing them about their next meeting 10 minutes prior.
Coordinate meeting invites, conference call invites and perform minute-taking.
Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned by the Executives.
**Requirement**:
Detail-oriented and organized with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in handling administrative work for senior leaders.
Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
**Proficiency in MS Office Skills**: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A good team player with an approachable character, positive attitude, and strong ownership.
Well-organized with the ability to multitask.
The role would require working in the US time zone.
Coordinating and communicating with other departments to ensure good customer experience.
**Skills**:
Has solid communication skills including listening, writing, and speaking.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of administrative work principles and practices
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
