We are looking for a **Content Coordinator** **_for one of our investment products._ The product is a fast-growing wellness app focused on mental health. Through our app, users connect with trained Mentors who provide compassionate support and guidance for various personal challenges. We're seeking a Content Coordinator to manage our team of Mentors, ensuring they maintain the highest standards for user interactions.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Recruitment & communication with partners (operators);
- Providing quality control and training of operators' work;
- Analyzing the performance of operators;
- Content localization and writing (optional).

**We expect from you**:

- 1-2+ years of experience in a role demonstrating exceptional communication and people management skills;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Language proficiency - English C1-C2 or a native speaker/ bilingual;
- Knowledge of Google Workspace;
- A psychology background is highly preferred.
- Experience in mental health, customer support, content management, community management, recruitment, or related fields is a significant plus.
