**Job Title** : Social Media Coordinator & Content Writer

**Department**: Social Media

**Reports To**: Social Media Head

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Planning and Calendar Management** Responsible for creating and maintaining a monthly content calendar that aligns with the organization’s projects, campaigns, and events.

**Social Media Management** Manage day-to-day activities on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring timely posting and regular engagement with the audience.

**Content Writing and Development** Write high-quality content for social media, blogs, articles, newsletters, and the website, reflecting the brand’s tone and message.

**Community Engagement** Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses that maintain audience engagement.

**Creative Coordination** Work closely with the design team and content creators to ensure timely development and delivery of visual content and multimedia.

**Field-Based Storytelling** Visit field locations and project sites to collect stories, conduct interviews, and gather photos and videos that showcase the impact of the organization’s work.

**Event Coverage and Media Support** Participate in and support the execution of events and field activities, including live coverage, anchoring, content capturing, and documentation.

**Script and Narrative Writing** Develop compelling scripts, stories, and video content that highlight organizational initiatives and human-interest stories.

**Research and Data Handling** Conduct background research for content creation and maintain databases for content planning, public relations, and outreach.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting** Track social media performance, prepare analytics reports, and use insights to suggest improvements and optimize engagement strategies.

**Brand Consistency** Ensure all content maintains consistency in voice, tone, messaging, and alignment with the values and vision of the organization.

**Innovation and Trend Awareness** Stay updated on current trends in social media and digital communication, suggesting new content formats and creative ideas to enhance visibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
