We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. To fuel all this, we have some exciting plans, and we are looking for someone in the capacity of Finance
- Accounts Receivable to join our business team and build upon these ideas.

**At Pepper Content, you will**:

- Handling Collection /Receivables
- Handling team of callers ceasing Daily Collection.
- Should be good in data analysis & financial analysis. (Advance Excel)
- Planning and executing collection on a monthly basis to achieve collection efficiency
- To monitor performance periodically.
- To achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinating with agency resources and doing the call planning for better resolution, ensuring appropriate support to the agency on difficult cases & analyzing the problem.
- Ensured timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managing the distribution system of the company and maintained smooth operations across the units.
- Maintaining Reports & Database
- Must have 3-8 years of experience with basic understanding of Account Receivable and Collections.
- Strong Team Management skills.
- Strong Internal /External Stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with the existing and new customers
