**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional stakeholders resolve fulfillment issues impacting business operations.
- Monitor work queues and process fulfillment requests accurately and quickly.
- Look-up, verify, and cross reference data across numerous systems
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the Fulfillment Operations team
- Partner across the organization to perform root cause analysis on persistent issues.
- Collaborate with IT/engineering and operations implement improvement projects.
- Engage with pricing and packaging (PnP) teams to test and approve changes to product offering

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience in business operations, order management, or fulfillment
- 4 years of work experience in software product lifecycle and operations
- Ability to concurrently work on multiple requests and maintain accuracy of work product
- Understanding of system design principles. Comfortable working with APIs, XML, and relational databases
- Technical aptitude to work directly with product and IT teams to resolve the most challenging fulfillment issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to change communication style to effectively engage with sales, operations, and IT teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience in software product fulfillment
- Experience with business process automation related to order management and fulfillment
- Experience with renewals and entitlement processes
- Experience with operational processes involving multi-tier distribution

Experience with offer setup, subscription management, order management, billing, and pricingVMware by Broadcom

About This Role

Fulfillment Operations and Support Specialists are part of the Operations function within EUC. They are responsible for ensuring customers can use and access the products they purchase.

The role will work closely with many internal teams (order management, partner operations, PnP, customer master data, sales, etc.) to resolve fulfillment issues and to improve/automate fulfillment processes.

Fulfillment Operations Specialists become experts in numerous internal systems, so they can quickly and efficiently diagnosis and remedy fulfilment issues. Communication, problem solving, and technical skills are all essential for this role.
