Must-HaveResponsibilities:Lead Day-To-Day IT Operations, infrastructure services support, hardware & software asset management

Experienced in Intune/Autopilot infrastructure

Experienced in Windows image deployment & management

Sound knowledge in ITIL framework

Demonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications, operating systems, and its migrations.Act as an escalation point for EUC related tasks which involves but not limited to Laptop/Desktop Installation, configurations, and troubleshooting.Patch management of windows systems

Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core technologies - DNS, DHCP, WINS, Intune, SCCM, etc.Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and related configurations

Cisco VC systems administration, IT asset management

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Desired Skills:Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs etc.).Experience in server related technologies - Windows server 2016,2019.Knowledge of Linux / Ubuntu servers
