**About the role**:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Astrotalk, you will play a key role in supporting the company's business objectives and driving growth through the execution of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring positive interactions and gathering feedback to improve services. You will also document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
**Experience**:1-3 years
