**Position**: F&B Captain
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000/month

**About The Hotel**

The hotel Platinum Royal Excellency is beautiful hotel near Pratap Nagar Udaipur Rajasthan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant and dining area.
- Ensure smooth service flow and address any service-related issues promptly.
- Train and guide service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as an F&B Captain or in a leadership role in food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and service excellence.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu pairings, and service etiquette.
- Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and embrace the unique heritage hospitality culture.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
