**Designation**: Business Development Executive (**B2B Market**)

**Location**: Andheri (East) - Mumbai

**Budget**: 4 - 5 LPA

**Experience**: 4 - 5 years

**Qualification**:Graduate in any stream

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calling**:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
- Provide detailed information about the company's products or services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to generate interest.

2. **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and chemical products or services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
- Record and maintain detailed notes in the customer database.

4. **Sales Pitch and Closing**:

- Deliver informative presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
- Gather feedback and insights to improve product/service offerings.

5. **Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
- Provide post-sales support and gather feedback on customer satisfaction.

6. **Documentation**:

- Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in the Excel for follow
- up and future reference.
- Weekly mailer

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 4-5 years in Business Development (**B2B Sales**) or a similar role **in API Pharma/Chemical/Personal Care sector.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an added benefit.
- Education**:Graduate in any stream. **A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
