**Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:
1.**Market Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the international Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.

2.**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the international sales team, including the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.

3.**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4.**Order Processing and Logistics**:

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipment, and delivery.
- Work closely with logistics partners to optimize shipping and distribution processes.

5.**Contract Negotiation**:

- Assist in negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international sales coordination, preferably in the Personal Care and Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong understanding of global market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
