**Job Summary**:
The Inside Sales Representative in Real Estate is responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into clients. This role involves making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a pipeline of potential buyers or sellers. The Inside Sales Rep plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing initial consultations and guiding clients through the early stages of their real estate journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Qualify leads based on their interest, financial readiness, and timeline for buying or selling property.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop strong relationships with clients to better understand their needs and preferences.
- Use CRM software to track interactions, set reminders for follow-ups, and manage lead progression.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients and guide them through initial consultations.
- **Consultation & Information Sharing**:
- Provide information on available properties, market conditions, and financing options.
- Answer questions regarding the buying or selling process, and assist in pre-qualification if needed.
- Educate potential clients on the real estate market, trends, and available properties that meet their criteria.
- **Sales Support & Coordination**:
- Set appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients for showings, property tours, or meetings.
- Coordinate with agents, mortgage brokers, and other real estate professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Assist with paperwork and initial documentation related to contracts and real estate transactions.
- **Performance & Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including call volume, lead qualification, and appointments set.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of the real estate market through ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls, cold calling, and handling objections.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
