ARULA for Autism, a division of Mayuri Ramdasi Hearing and Speech Solutions Private Limited, is seeking a proficient Member Support Executive to join our team. This role involves providing dedicated support to our members and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via various communication channels.
- Assist in resolving member issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with members using CRM software (preferred) and manage member databases efficiently.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize and analyze member-related data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex member queries.
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes by offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one additional Indian language.
- Availability to work a 9-hour shift, Monday to Saturday.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of prior work experience in a similar role.
- Age bracket: 25 to 35.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and another Indian language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in a customer support or member services role is advantageous.
