**Responsibilities**
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
Meeting Membership Sales Goals (there is a minimum requirement to sustain employment).
Providing great service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting them upon arrival.
Effectively explain and upgrade services to clients both over the phone and in person.
Assisting in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Communicating the continually changing schedule and operational needs with teammates.
Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals, and priorities assigned by management
Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with customers.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sell products by establishing contact and Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepare and present reports weekly by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
