**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will primarily work outside the office, engaging with clients directly to promote our products/services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and networking.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
