**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Representative at Intract Technologies, your primary role will be to drive sales and generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them, and effectively communicating the value of our services. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, client relationship building, and achieving targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of Intract Technologies' services.
- **Sales Closing**: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to client.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and to optimize sales strategies.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers welcome).
- **Skills & Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software (experience is a plus).
- Previous sales experience or internships in a similar field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
