**Designation**: Sales and Customer Support Representative

**Shift timings**: US/Night Shift. Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 05:00 PM to 09:00 AM (9 hrs predefined shift)

**Working days**: 6 days a week

**Address**: Rio Moving, Globe Business Park, Office No. 151, Kalyan - Badlapur Rd, Lakshmi Nagar, Housing Board Colony, Ambernath, Maharashtra 421505

**Salary**: Upto 18k

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions, and customer accounts, and file documents
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer by using the right methods/tools
- Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication skill
- Comfortable interacting with customers from the United States over the phone, adapting communication style as necessary
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical, multitasking, teamwork, motivational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

**Note**:
**Target location**: Badlapur, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar, Vithawadi, Kalyan, Dombivali

No Dual Employment

Undergraduate is ok but shouldn't be pursuing an MBA or any other streams

We are not providing transportation

Work from office only (No remote)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
