Sales and Membership Acquisition**:Actively engage with potential gym members to promote and sell memberships. ** Provide information about gym facilities, services, and membership options. **Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. ** Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members. ** Address inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service. **Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into members. ** Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about the gym's offerings, including classes, equipment, and special promotions. ** Effectively communicate the benefits of memberships and services to potential members. **Lead Generation**: Actively seek out new leads and opportunities for membership sales. **Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract potential members. ** Administrative Tasks**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and follow-up activities. ** Complete membership paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other gym staff, including trainers and front desk personnel, to ensure a seamless member experience. **Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and support promotional activities.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,212.49 - ₹34,388.09 per month

Expected hours: 70 per week
