Station Chef

**Responsibilities**:
- Specialise in preparing and cooking either pizza,pasta,burger or fried chicken.
- Ensure that food is prepared in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and sanitary at all times
- Monitor food supplies and order stock when necessary
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with customers and other staff members
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
- Excellent cooking abilities, especially when it comes to making pasta, pizza, burgers, or fried chicken
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
