About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and skilled Commis I and Commis II to join our professional culinary team. The ideal candidates will assist in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and quality in all dishes served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Chef.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in organizing kitchen stations and managing ingredients efficiently.
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commis or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Strong passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and committed to quality service.

Salary Package: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
