**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are executed successfully
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to clients' needs
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide account management support to ensure clients’ goals are achieved

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in direct customer service, sales, and account management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player
- Comfortable working in the US time zone (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Work from office preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
