We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels. This role involves crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategy & Planning**
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.

**Content Creation & Curation**
Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
Optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement and reach.

**Community Management**
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Build and nurture relationships with the online community.

**Analytics & Reporting**
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
Generate regular reports to analyze performance and suggest improvements.

**Campaign Management**
Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

**Collaboration & Coordination**
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support broader campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,896.98 - ₹42,827.54 per month
