**About the role**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Execution and delivery of digital content across all social media channels.
- Strategize and maintain brand consistency across different social media channels.
- Managing day-to-day and being hands-on with our social media presence.
- Creating and executing plans that grow followers/users on various social media platforms.
- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences.
- Work with designers to get creatives produced for social media.
- Identify & handle social media collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience managing social media.
- Excellent copywriting skills for all social media platforms.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and measurement
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side.
- Ability to negotiate justifiable social media collaborations.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing for cross collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Ability to guide designers clearly on the graphic design requirements.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.

**Desired Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in social media management with experience working on garments.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
