**Social Media Executive - Harley Coffee**

The Classic Group is **led by 4th and 5th generation coffee planters**. Coffee is a sector that the promoters' family has been involved in for over **150 years**. With **owned estates** in the premier coffee growing regions of **Chikmagalur and Sakleshpur**, the Group is a global leader in the **export of fine, premium-grade coffees.**
Coffees from the Group's Harley and Kalladevarapura estates are also **retailed** in India, with a range of **innovative and popular coffee blends** - retailed under the **Classic Craft** range for **gourmet** products and **Classic Premium** range for **everyday** consumption.

The Classic Premium Range has been designed to offer the perfectly curated blend for each moment of the day - from a robust blend for the morning, to a rejuvenating one for the afternoon, a flavourful cup to share with friends in the evening and a mellow wind-down one for the night.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Brainstorm content and articulate it into simple eye-catching visuals.

2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

3. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and sales to ensure brand

Consistency

4. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and

monitor customer reviews

5. Execute reels, photoshoots of kids etc. for social media

6. Post and experiment weekly with timings, and hashtags.

7. Lead the ideation, creation and management of Instagram ad creatives

working closely with our in-house design teams

8. Stay informed of relevant industry and paid media platform trends and best

Practices.

9. Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including posting, reporting, and content development and management (i.e. content creation and editing of content)

**Education and Experience**

1. Graduate or relevant qualification

2. Minimum 2 yrs of exp in social media platform

3. Knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

4. Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead

5. Someone who is always on top of the trends, witty & good sense of humor and excellent writing skills. Copywriting skills are an add on.

6. Must have good understanding of latest trends, humor, design, content, and trending Instagram

7. Proactive self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects

8. Proven work experience as a Social media Executive

9. Meticulous, Detailed Oriented & Organized

10. Fast learner who will embrace the opportunity to take on more responsibility quickly

11. Strong written and verbal communication skills

12. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
