**Summary of the role**

The position is a Sales Executive for a Real Estate company. The Sales Executive will report to the Head of Sales.
- The Sales Executive will be expected to research the real estate market and provide pricing recommendations on all properties. The Sales Executive is also expected to be able to negotiate with potential purchasers of residential real estate.
- The Sales Executive will be expected to work with third parties and channel partners to complete sales of residential real estate.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Work with the Team to generate Long-Term and Short-Term Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Communicating with the Lalco Group Team to ensure all client requests and concerns are addressed correctly
- Record all conversations with potential, current and former clients/purchasers
- Develop relationships with Agents to Establish Tie-Ups

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
