**Responsibilities**:
Sales:
Identify and engage potential clients interested in extensive range of products and services.
- Maintain positive relationship with prospective customers
- Educate consumers on product features
- Maintain client database and records
Student Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have acquired services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exemplary service and support.
Sales Reporting:
- Regularly generate and distribute comprehensive sales reports, sharing valuable insights with the sales team and management.
- Plan and forecast sales goals
**Requirements**:
Interested in working as a Sales Representative
- Any fresher or Experienced in the field of Sales can apply
- High proficiency and knowledge of MS Office
- Good and fluent communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or any degree
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Critical thinker and problems solving skills
- Work in cross-functional teams to understand product improvements and provide recommendations
- Ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
The basic qualifications required to be considered for the position of a Sales Representative:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field or any degree or experience in the Industry or both
