**Role Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Manager at UP Vyapar, you will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to our long-term business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead our inside sales team, focusing on nurturing client relationships and closing sales deals within the IT sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the inside sales representatives team and oversee sales operations to achieve sales targets.
- Implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Train new salespeople to ensure success.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the IT market and digital products.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPI).
- Fluency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to work six days a week.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
