**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated **Inside IT Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of IT services and digital marketing, and a proven ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that align with our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote IT and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored service solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure client needs are effectively met.
- Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and service demands.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, proposals, and contracts.
