Our flagship product, BotIntelli, enables businesses to deploy AI-powered chatbots and knowledge systems that significantly reduce support loads and improve customer experiences.We are expanding our sales team and looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.Role Overview:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating opportunities, and converting qualified leads into customers. You will conduct product demos, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling innovative SaaS/AI solutions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of revenue outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreachExecute cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn-based prospectingResearch and profile target industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, customer support, and knowledge-intensive sectorsRespond to and qualify inbound leads from marketingMaintain accurate CRM records and follow defined sales workflowsMeet monthly and quarterly lead generation targetsSales Pipeline ManagementManage prospects through the full sales funnel from initial call to closeDeliver compelling product demonstrations focused on BotIntelli's valueEffectively communicate key features such as chatbot training, knowledge base management, analytics, and integrationsHandle objections, prepare proposals, and present pricingNegotiate and close contracts while meeting revenue targetsCustomer RelationshipsBuild strong relationships with prospects and customersUnderstand customer pain points and align solutions accordinglyCollaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding transitionsCollect customer feedback to inform product improvementsIdentify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within accountsMarket IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends related to AI, automation, and chatbotsShare market feedback with marketing and product teamsContribute to sales playbooks and messaging refinementParticipate in events, webinars, and networking initiativesRequired Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent2–4 years of inside sales or business development experience1+ year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotasSales Skills Candidates should have strong expertise in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. They should be experienced in managing full sales cycles, handling product demos, and closing deals. Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce is required, along with comfort using sales engagement tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
