- ** 06 Month Eperience in any sales/Loan sales eperience will be preferred.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION: -**
- Handle home loan, Personal Loan, Gold Loan, Business Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Cards and loan against property leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maimum successful business compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them.
- Coordinate with team and partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service.
- Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers.
- Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM.
- ** Generate referral leads from eisting customer.**

**Desired Profile: -**
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
- At least 1 year eperience in home loan sales.
- Strong command over English.
- Must have studied Maths at least till Class II; proficient with Mental Maths.
- Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning.
- Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations.

- Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
- Should have good English communication skills.
- Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
- Should be very confident and presentable.
- Energy levels should be high
