Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage products through direct sales, channel partners, and references.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
- Generate leads through cold calls, open market activities, builders, real estate agents, and financial consultants.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and builders to ensure business growth.
- Conduct preliminary eligibility checks, document collection, and basic credit assessment before submission to the credit team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
- Provide post-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for product/strategy improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation norms.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Home Loan, LAP, and Mortgage products and processes.
- Good understanding of retail lending, credit assessment, and documentation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate business through direct sourcing and channel management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales (mandatory).
- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies will be an advantage.
- Strong network with builders, connectors, and DSAs is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
