6) Ability to pay attention to detail
7) Product support specialists educate current and prospective customers about a company’s products and services.
8) Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
9) Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
10) Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
11) Software Sales
12) If worked on Banking software sales an added advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Make a reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Each out to customer leads through cold calling
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Answer questions about the products
- Analyze and validate system requirements business processes.
- Proposal Making, Proposal Follow up, Online Negotiation, Payment follow up. Order closure
- Present informative pitches and demonstrations to leads and answer any questions.
- Assist new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, and providing troubleshooting tips.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
