**Job Role: Sales Executive - Digital Marketing Agency**

We are looking for a dynamic sales executive for a digital marketing company who is responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and generating revenue by selling the company's digital marketing services. This role requires a mix of sales skills, digital marketing knowledge, and a strong ability to adapt to changing market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and research potential clients and industries.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to align with their business goals.
- **Sales Presentations and Pitches**:

- Present the agency's digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and deliver promised services.
- Provide feedback on client requirements and market trends to the team.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and potential new opportunities.
- Share insights with the team to improve service offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with digital marketing services and how they benefit businesses.
- Basic understanding of tools like Google Ads, Analytics, and social media platforms.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Resilience and adaptability under pressure.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong ability to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Competence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of leads generated.
- Conversion rate of leads to clients.
- Monthly/quarterly revenue targets achieved.
- Retention and upselling of existing clients.

**Potential Growth Opportunities**:

- **Promotion** to Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager.
- Expansion into account management or strategy roles, leveraging client relationships.
