**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Presales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. The Presales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and providing them with relevant property information to generate interest and facilitate the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of leads and track interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations to prospective clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into sales.
- Address client queries and provide accurate information to support their decision-making process.

**Salary Offered**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (fixed) + incentive

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent sales ability and customer interaction skills.
- Ability to understand and convey property features effectively.
- Age below 35 years.
- Prior experience in a sales or presales role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
