
Executive Assistant

**Job Summary**
- Coordinate and manage Director's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events
- Draft and proofread various documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files, both paper and electronic, ensuring that all documents are properly labeled and organized
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, supporting executives and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Advance Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
- Open to travel
