Role Overview

Position: Executive Personal Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Bandra, Mumbai)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Bhavna, Founder of House of Homes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoys managing diverse responsibilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings and follow-ups
- Provide seamless coordination for both personal and professional commitments
- Maintain organised records, databases and documentation
- Assist with content coordination and basic social media management
- Take meeting notes, organise tasks and set up reminders
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal team members
- Support day-to-day operations with efficiency and discretion

Qualifications & Skills

**Experience**:
Freshers welcome | Up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Essential Skills:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Confident using technology with ability to navigate various digital tools and online platforms
