**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar management**: Keep the executive's calendar up to date, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Research: Conduct research and prepare reports for the executive
- Events: Plan and organize events, such as meetings, conferences, and fundraisers
- Travel: Plan travel arrangements, such as booking tickets and accommodations
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Administrative tasks: Perform minor accounting duties, prepare corporate documents, and maintain office systems
- Client relations: Filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and welcome visitors
