Education: Graduate (any field) or MBA

We are looking for people who:

- Can develop strong client relationships by providing exceptional after-sales

service.
- Can coordinate and maintain contact with existing and new clients in terms of

after-sales service, product utilization, and benefits.
- To compile a detailed report on existing and new clients and, if necessary, to

organize training sessions for new clients.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its tools, as well as Customer Relationship

Management (CRM) software.
- Time management and customer service abilities are required.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Master's (preferred)
