This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company’s expansion, with growth opportunities within the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Telecalling**: Proactively engage in telecall-ing campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline.
**Quotations & Proposals**: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
**Sales Closure**: Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction before, during, and after the sales process.
**Sales Meetings**: Coordinate and attend meetings with prospective clients, effectively presenting product offerings and services.
**Market Analysis**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with, the marketing department, and senior management to align sales goals with broader business objectives.
**Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales progress, targets, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role; experience in Tele-calling, direct sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
**Skills**:
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrable track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
