Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers at the helpdesk or designated areas.
- Provide accurate information about mall facilities, store locations, offers, and events.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming helpdesk.
- Assist with lost & found management, wheelchair or stroller requests, and special assistance needs.
- Keep records of visitor feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support in customer surveys and promotional activities within the mall.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities promptly.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum ; diploma/degree in Hospitality, Retail, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & local language preferred).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
**Preferred Traits**:
- Polite, patient, and approachable.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Punctual and reliable.
Pay: ₹20,910.24 - ₹27,000.36 per month
