**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - Insurance Sector

**Location**: Begumpet,Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Freshers & Experienced)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Customer Support Executives** in the insurance sector. The role involves assisting customers with policy details, claims, renewals, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about insurance products, policies, and services.
- Assist customers with claims, payments, and policy renewals.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex or escalated cases.
- Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Guide customers on available products and suitable options.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Experience in customer support/BPO/insurance is an advantage.
