**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify potential customers and generate leads for life and health insurance products

Meet sales targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis

Provide accurate information about insurance policies and guide customers in selecting suitable plans

Build strong client relationships and offer post-sales support

Participate in marketing activities and field campaigns when required

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales

Minimum 1 year of experience in Life/Health Insurance sales

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Any graduate (preferred)
