**Training Planning & Delivery**
- Formulate learning roadmap for various stakeholders for the assigned geographical span
- Enable training needs identification and ensure periodic trainings for all stakeholders - VO employees as well as agents etc. to ensure everyone is up to date with product and process advancements
- Plan training programs in coordination with zonal sales heads to ensure assigned man-days are achieved.
- Conduct pre-induction sessions through Virtual ILT mode for new joinees prior to forming induction batches.
- Conduct new employee induction programs & ensure new joinees are oriented with functional induction within 15 days of joining.
- Conduct IMD trainings as per planned life cycle roadmap on product, process & digital adaptation.
- Coordinate with sales heads ( zonal & cluster ) in conducting focused product trainings to drive sales & increase qualifiers for contests / conventions / campaigns.
- Conduct TTT for vendor trainers & ensure they are updated with product & process.
- **Driving LMS utilization**
- Ensure field sales employees & IMD’s are adapting digital platform of learning ( LMS )
- Drive field sales employees & IMD’s are completing assigned training modules ( self paced modules ) on LMS.
- Provide input to content development team to develop relevant training content / creative for sales team.
- Conduct trainings through VC modules on specific product / process related needs of the IMD’s / employees.
- **Audit & Compliance**
- Maintaining training related records ( participant attendance, feedback scores, product coverage’s, assessment scores etc. ) & make them available during audits.
- Maintain vendor trainer certification records & make the same available for audit purpose.
- **Reporting**
- Sharing post training reports ( PTR’s ) with zonal heads, cluster heads.
- Provide post training details / reports in agreed formats to Vertical Head training for formulating training objectives for the function.
