**Overall**: Design, execute and manage all sales marketing activities, campaign. Club memberships and R&R for entire Retail Sales Channels ( PRIME, KEY, RSME, EMREGING, VSO, POS) So that which enables sales heads to effectively drive business by timely motivating agents and employees. 1. **Handling & managing budget of approx. 40 crores - 50 crores** for campaigns & marketing activities of retail channel which involve >2000 employees and > 40000 agents. - **Campaigns**: - End to end processing of campaign rewards of entire retail channel (IMDs + Employees). - Evaluate & monitor campaign performance on ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics & creating comprehensive reports - Deciding the rewards, coordinate with vendors, coordinate with procurement team to procure rewards and ensure delivery to respective employee and agents. - Coordinating with finance team for processing of rewards. - Managing and maintaining the record of expenses. - **Domestic and international Events / Virtual Events** - Design and execution of Domestic and international conferences for employees and agents. This involves detailed designing of RFQ, vendor negotiation, final execution on ground regards to stay, event etc. - Manage any exigencies, requirement on ground. - Design and execute virtual event. - Independently coordinate marketing & community events, including oversees logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries & ordering marketing collateral as per the brand guidelines - Managing workshop and other related activities of RSD - **R&R** : Design and execute employee quarterly and annual R&R across retail employees. Interaction with sales team for execution at local level and interaction with procurement team / brand team / admin team for design related requirement/ procurement of certificates, rewards, trophy etc. - **Club membership**: - Interaction with NHODs of Retail Sales for design - Design and execute club membership of Retail channels, - Process to finance for approval and sign off from Finance. - Regular interaction with procurement team / brand team / admin team for design related requirement/ procurement of certificates, rewards, trophy etc. - Regular Interaction with Finance Team for budget approvals and processing of rewards - **Vendor Management**: - Onboarding of new vendors & timely processing of vendor payouts - Reviewing quotation/bids and conducting negotiations, service standards, payment and other terms & condition etc. with the vendors. - Conduct detail evaluations or site visit to evaluate vendor business operations, wherever required - Drive procurement of products & services according to the rate contract agreed, improve control over purchase, vendor management and negotiations through centralized buying - Manage relationship with external vendors to ensure high-quality & timely execution of marketing programs & to ensure competitiveness - Coordinating with internal department & external agencies on daily basis - OTHERS: - **Conduct market research & identify trends, understand brands, competition strategies for the year**: - **Presenting innovative campaign ideas & maintaining database
