**Technology & Process Improvement**
- Engage with the sales force, sales/functional leadership in the organization to understand requirements from a technology standpoint
- Guide team to build a robust understanding of existing processes around Operations, Finance and Underwriting, Contact Center with respect to Retail Sales
- Guide team to conduct analysis on various retail sales performance metrics (e.g. Underwriting analysis, IMT analysis, customer analysis), review the findings, draw inferences and recommend suitable corrective actions to be taken to supervisor
- Conduct market research & identify trends in technology advancements to be adopted for improving process efficiencies
- Identify key priorities for retail sales, build a business case internally to support the creation of a new process/system up-gradation
- **Process/System Development and Change Execution**
- Track development progress by conducting regular reviews and resolving queries raised by the development team in IT
- Guide team to provide on-ground support by resolving issues/bugs raised; Escalate higher order issues to the IT team for resolution
- Conduct relevant testing post build phase and oversee deployment of the process/system enablement
- Guide team to prepare any SOPs and other documentation; Oversee dissemination of this documents to the relevant stakeholders
- Lead team in conducting “training-for-trainers” to enable successful uptake of process/system improvements
- Build a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders to aid in operational coordination and seeking buy-in
- Lead team in preparing the Business Rule Engine document and sharing the same with IT for development
- **Real-time Support**
- Guide team to determine way forward/resolve issues pertaining to referrals/non-straight-pass around Finance, Underwriting (Motor, Health, Non-motor) determine way forward
- Review open IT issues with aging & ensure closure in defined SLA’s / TAT’s
