**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end accounting**, including **AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance**.
- Utilize **QuickBooks Desktop & Online** for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze **financial statements**, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Handle **payroll processing, tax filings (federal & state), and compliance** with US accounting regulations.
- Perform **bank and credit card reconciliations** to ensure financial accuracy.
- Utilize **Advanced Excel** for financial data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals for **year-end closing and financial audits**.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- **3 years of experience in US Accounting** with strong knowledge of **GAAP principles**.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks Desktop & Online** for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Strong **Advanced Excel** skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with **payroll processing, tax filings, and reconciliations**.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
