Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary: USA Tax Gurus LLC, a dynamic remote US tax and accounting firm, is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Lead to blend big-picture strategy with hands-on content creation-driving leads through engaging visuals, videos and campaigns tailored to our audience of small business and individuals. You'll develop growth-focused strategies, craft compelling social media assets (including graphics and videos), run ads and analyze results to boost inquiries and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Management:

• Lead the creation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram), email funnels, and sales pipelines to drive traffic and leads.
• Oversee websites, social channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and email marketing for consistent branding and user engagement.
• Define KPIs, track performance and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and trend recommendations.

Content Creation & Design:

• Develop and produce engaging content across formats: infographics, digital brochures, ebooks, banners and slide decks to showcase tax expertise and attract small business owners.
• Create and edit videos-long form and short clips (30–60 seconds for social reels)-using provided recordings/scripts, adding animations, visuals and branding for websites, ads, and landing pages.
• Design eye-catching graphics and infographics for social media, explaining complex topics like deductions or bookkeeping in simple visuals.
• Plan, schedule, and post social campaigns; monitor metrics (views, clicks, engagement) and iterate based on performance.

Collaboration & Optimization:

• Work closely with our team to align on brand voice, incorporate feedback and refine assets for better conversion.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, testing new tactics like AI-driven personalization or emerging platforms.
• Track results across channels and suggest improvements to maximize lead gen and client sign-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus).
• 3+ years in digital marketing, with proven experience in strategy, content creation, and execution-ideally in finance/accounting or B2B services (portfolio required showcasing videos, graphics, campaigns and ROI results).
• Expertise in tools but not limited to: Facebook/Instagram Ads, Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred (automation), Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro (video), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva (design).
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration; strategic thinker with a creative edge and deadline-driven mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with tax/finance content.
