We host a wide range of events from corporate functions to grand weddings and social gatherings. We are looking for a driven and service-focused **Banquet Executive** to join our professional team.

**Position Summary**:
The Banquet Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of banquet operations to ensure seamless execution of events. This includes pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to hotel service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day banquet operations including setup, service, and breakdown.
- Coordinate with clients, event planners, kitchen, and service teams to ensure event requirements are met.
- Supervise and guide banquet staff to ensure professional service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure proper setup of banquet halls as per event function sheets.
- Monitor service quality and make real-time decisions to address any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with planning and execution of banquet promotions and packages.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of equipment and supplies.
- Generate daily reports, feedback forms, and coordinate billing with accounts.
- Work closely with the sales and events team for smooth handovers and client engagement.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a **Banquet Executive** in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of banquet layouts, service styles, and event flow.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline is preferred.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
